Protect Your Spark is a 5-week interactive online course that will put you back in control and ensure your spark burns bright. Designed using Sally's custom frameworks for burnout prevention and wellbeing – the 3 Selfs and B R N T – you'll be empowered with the information and insight you need to thrive.
Over 5 live sessions, you will get the information and strategies you need to:
- understand what burnout is and why it happens
- get clear on the root causes of burnout (spoiler alert: it's not you!)
- know and be able to recognise the early signs of burnout
- deepen your self-knowledge, self-awareness and self-compassion
- build healthy habits that support your wellbeing through the B R N T framework
- improve your energy levels, your decision making
- reconnect with your sense of agency and control in life

You'll receive:
- access to 5 1-hour live online sessions guided by Sally
- recordings of the information sharing parts of the sessions (interactive components will not be recorded to preserve confidentiality and foster a safe space)
- 5 tailor-made pre-work packs to ensure you get the most out of the sessions and the course overall
- one 45-minute online coaching call with Sally, to be used before, during or after the course
- exclusive access to additional resources and optional Alumni membership of the Protect Your Spark LinkedIn group
